14.5" Whirligig 3 BLADE DIY Propeller kit MAHOGANY HUB w 1/4" Marine Fir Ply

Our 3 blade propeller kit includes a
3/4" thick x 2" (1-7/8") SOLID MAHOGANY hub with 1/8" hole
3) 1/4" x 2 7/8" x  6 3/4"  marine fir blades.
The propeller can measure up to 14 5/8" across as is and can be made smaller if you shorten the blades.
The slots have been milled to accept  1/4" material. Sanding for thickness may be necessary to avoid forcing thick material into the slots.
ALL Plywood EDGES should be free of openings . If any voids exist they must be filled before finishing. This marine fir plywood is assembled with premium veneers and water resistant adhesives that are designed to endure the elements much better than standard plywoods and most softwoods.
Your propeller should  be sanded and painted or sealed to last as long as possible.
Not designed to be power driven
We offer other kits ... One that includes 2 differt size hubs for greater versatility.  That kit can produce 2 propellers , one 13" and one 5.5" when done as we mark and cut them . And  another kit to produce a 13" propeller. Another that makes a 5 blade propeller with 1/4" material.
