Lubital 2 Camera Lomo T-22 Russian Soviet

The shutter works, but know almost nothing about cameras. Marks on the lens:  Bottom larege lens, Lomo  022491 4.5/75 T-22.  The top dial has numbers double 00 to 14mm.  Please look closely at the pictures. It comes with a black leather case.  Ask me questions in laywomans terms…and I will answer!  Thanks.
