Excellent used condition Philip PM 3384 oscillator.  Acquired in a general corporate electronics equipment buyout.  I do not know the usage or history of this item.  Unit powers on.  Screen comes on and responsive with switch input.  No further testing can be done.  I do not have the knowledge or resources to fully test it.   Overall fair/good physical condition. All the switches, knobs and buttons are present, functional, undamaged and operate freely.  The case looks good.  It comes
