This handsome and very impressive brooch dates from the late 1950's, made by the well known Canadian firm of "Sherman" designed as an large size 2.25" by 2.25" five section overlapped pie plate motif cluster layered and stacked for a 3-D effect. The brooch is done in a series of dazzling and intense deep peacock blue AB color round and marquise shaped crystals set in a rhodium plated setting.

    SHERMAN
Sherman was a Canadian costume jewelry company that produced very high-quality pieces. Colorful or clear prong-set rhinestones or cut crystal beads (sometimes with an aurora borealis finish) adorn most Sherman pieces; the metal is rhodium-plated or gold-plated. "Jewels of Elegance" by Sherman was written on some carded Sherman jewelry. Sherman produced jewelry from 1947-1981.
As I usually do I'm offering this item at a LOW opening with NO RESERVE.
