Tropical Combat Trousers Reg Med 100% Cotton WR Poplin OG 107. DSA 100-67-C-0352

This listing is for a vintage pair of combat pants.  I don't know much about them so will list all the pertinent information I can see on them and also please review the pics closely.
They are label: Trouser, Men's, Cotton WR Poplin OG 107 to be worn as outer garment in tropical areas.  The tag says they are Regular medium size
with a measured inseam of approx 32".  They have drawstrings at leg bottoms and adjustment straps on the sides of the waist.  They have button fly and top button closure.  There are large cargo pockets on each leg side and also back button flap pockets.
The waist measures approx 17" across laying flat
The inseam is approx 32"
The front rise is approx 13"
The leg opening is approx 9" across
Included belt measures approx 33".  Don't know if belt is from same era but came with the pants so including them as an extra.
These pants are preowned and vintage.  There is some wear to the fabric in the form of piling and discolorations.  There are some stain spots shown in the pics.
