Vietnam US Army SOG SF Modified Extra Pockets OD Jungle Jacket Medium Long

Hi,
I got this at a military surplus store probably around 1983/1984. I then stored it in my parents basement, along with my Dad's stuff from Vietnam, for the next 35 years until they started downsizing. And now I'm also downsizing.
The Medium Long OD jungle jacket has been modified by adding two pockets - one on each shoulder. The pocket on the left shoulder is clearly from the inner pocket of some OD Jungle Fatigue pants. The pocket on the right shoulder is larger and is harder to place (let me know if you can tell where the pocket came from) and has velcro (not common in Vietnam) that looks like it came from a flight suit (it has that green/gray color). It is in overall very good shape. No stains and probably only washed a handful of times. I've never washed it.
Taking the pictures I just noticed that right the lower front pocket is sewn down the middle. I assume to keep things - say two magazines - from clanking together.
I have never seen another like it.
