Vtg US Military Air Force Men's Pilot Rubber Waterproof Insulated boots- Size 12W.  I didn't attempt to clean the boots since each person has their own ideas of the patina they want on an item.          These boots were made by the Rocky Boots Co. located in Nelsonville, Oh.    They are suppose to be a world leader in premium quality military footwear.   Innovation, quality and durability are hallmarks of the Rocky brand.     On the back of the one boot is-NE-US-8-62-12W.   It shows the size as 12W-and made in 8-1962.  This information is worn off on the other shoe other than the letter W-for the width.              On the inside of the Thinsulate insert is stamped in blue-Made in USA 7007 10777  by the ACTIVE AFL-CIO 11. on both inserts.  Some of this info is worn on one more than the other.   There is a tag on the one of--COBE-LEX--also the tag of ROCKY BOOTS CO.--and Thinsulate-thermal insulation.           There is still good tread left on both boots.   There is some cracking on both boots but should still be wearable and functional.  You can enlarge the pictures to see more details.   You can also see the information around the valve area on both as well as lacing info on both.     The boots are heavy-each a little over 3.5#.         The pictures are part of the description.         Thank you for viewing.        Please contact me with any question before purchase.         Please contact me after purchase with any questions or concerns before leaving any feedback.       Thank you.
