Zeiss Ikoflex I 854/16 #660811 - a postwar made 6x6 TLR in fairly good cosmetic condition, but with a faulty shutter
- stays open on long speeds.
The automatic film transport stop works perfectly. Smooth film transport.
The front part lines up perfectly with the body.
The focusing is stiff, i.e. hard to move, and there is a "play" in the focusing knob.
The shutter does NOT work good. Opens, but shutter speeds are incorrect. Slow speeds works bad. Short speeds, from 1/10 sec works. Aperture works fine. Clean leafs. The synchronization works fine.
The coated Carl Zeiss Jena Tessar T 3,5/7,5cm lens is clear - without fungus, scratches, separation or cleaning marks.
The viewfinder is working and complete, but the spring for viewfinder cap is broken. Mirror looks fine. Minimal dent on viewfinder lens bezel.
The plastic red window in botto of camera is missing.
The leatherettes are beautiful and nearly complete - see pictures.
All parts are original.
All over a very beautiful camera, without any dents on body.
